COME APK names ending in (1) or (2)

A numeric suffix added to a filename can mark a duplicate name in Downloads. It is not necessarily a different COME release.

Compare the entries

Read each file's source, size and saved time alongside the claimed version. A browser may add a suffix to avoid replacing an existing filename. Do not rank releases by the suffix or assume the highest number is newest software.

Choose one known file

Use the completed file that corresponds to the source and release you intended to obtain. If the entries are unclear, avoid opening them in sequence as an identity test. Return to the current source and clarify the record.

Clean up intentionally

Review unwanted duplicate installers individually. Deleting one saved APK differs from uninstalling the app. Do not select an entire folder or remove unrelated downloads merely to make the list easier to read.

A useful next step

Keep a clear link between the chosen file and its source before installing.
